The Director of the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies participated in a seminar for institutions of higher education “Digital Educational Transformation. What’s New?”.

The Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies Hennadii Mohylnyi took part in the workshop “Digital Educational Transformation. What’s New? ”, held by Microsoft Corporation in Kyiv.

During the event, topics important for the newest digital industry were discussed. In particular, the attention of participants was attracted by modern trends in information technology and the labor market.

The emphasis was also placed on the need to transform education, on which student success and life cycle management would depend. They discussed the basics of modern information security, presented the features of working with an open and flexible cloud computing platform of the corporate level Azure. The current issues were educational decisions and investments of higher education institutions.

The active participation in the workshop and informational exchange allowed disclosing the current needs of Ukraine in the educational sphere, as well as discussing the problems of HEEs and to establish links between them.
