New Documents on Higher Education

Since this year domestic universities will issue new documents on higher education.

Graduates of higher educational establishments will obtain not plastic diplomas but paper ones. Document price will be not more than 34 hryvnias. Another new feature – every university develop its own design of diploma which contain a list of information (academic degree) according to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 193 as of 31.03.2015. According to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii Kvit diplomas must be paper because there are no plastic ones anywhere in the world. View of diplomas makes no matter unlike their cost.

We remind that according to the p. 7 art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” documents of higher education will be made by the higher educational establishments on their own.
