On November 5, 2018, a teacher of the College of LTSNU together with students conducted a history seminar.
The problem of the formation of Ukrainian statehood remains a key issue in the studies of many Russian historians. So, one of the pressing issues is to determine the role of the Ukrainian revolution of 1917-1921 in the state process of our people.
On November 5, 2018, a teacher of the College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University of the discipline “History of Ukraine” together with the students held a seminar on the topic “Ukrainian revolution. Major Events and Figures”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the events of the Ukrainian revolution of 1917-1921, its role in the history of Ukraine and Europe, as well as the life and activities of participants in the Ukrainian liberation movement of the early 20th century.
During the lesson, students heard presentations about prominent personalities of the national liberation movement and discussed important aspects of the events of the Ukrainian revolution. The event ended with the viewing of the film “Outstanding Workers of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921”.
