The Day of Japanese Culture

Staff and students of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences took part in the celebration of the Day of Japanese Culture.

Within the framework of the project “Promoting sustainable development and rallying communities affected by the conflict in Donbas”, initiated by the Office of the International Organization for Migration in Ukraine with financial support from the Government of Japan, October 31, the Day of Japanese Culture was held at the Starobilsk Central District Library.

Staff and students of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences of LTSNU took an active part in the event.

Students presented kabuki – one of the types of traditional theater in Japan. The performance skillfully combined singing, music, dance and drama, the performers used make-up and costumes with a powerful symbolic load.

Also, our girls were incredibly beautiful during the show of Japanese hairstyles.

In the library there was a stir in the organized photo zone, where young and adult viewers had the opportunity to take pictures with the participants of the action.
