“GRANAT”

A meeting with representatives of the travel company “GRANAT” was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University has been cooperating with the leading European travel companies for more than ten years. It enables students to complete their internships abroad successfully. The goal of the international program is to provide young people with valuable practical experience.

This academic year, the University continued to deepen cooperation on the organization of internship for students. So, on October 30, our institution of higher education was visited by Yulia Grabova, the head of the travel company “GRANAT”. She met with students and shared with the audience her professional achievements and practical experience in the field of tourism.

The main event of the visit was an interview, during which the main criteria for the selection of employees were highlighted. The considerable interest in foreign practice was shown by the youth of all university structural subdivisions.

According to the interview results students, who will receive a positive recommendation for internship in Turkey, will be trained in Antalia.

According to the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism Viktor Drel, the foreign internship allows students to gain valuable professional experience, improve their foreign language skills, become familiar with the methods of running the tourism business and receive additional funds to meet their own needs, fulfill their desires or pay for education.
