Meeting with the staff of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine

On October 25, 2018, foreign students and leadership of the faculty met with the staff of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine G. Garayev and M. Begliev at the Faculty of Foreign Languages as part of the regular meetings of the Embassy of the students from Turkmenistan in Poltava.

The need for a such  meeting arose in connection with a significant increase in the number of students from Turkmenistan at the faculty.

The meeting was attended by the leadership of the faculty of foreign languages Shekhavtsova Svetlana Aleksandrovna – the dean of the faculty, Migovich Irina Viktorovna –  acting of head of International Relations Department of the University, faculty members and group curators. A number of important issues were discussed, namely: ensuring the rights, interests and safety of foreign students. During the meeting, a student of Turkmenistan was elected by foreign students to communicate directly with the ambassador.

The Embassy employee noted the importance of such meetings, because students from Turkmenistan should feel that they are full participants in the teaching and educational process at the faculty, being outside their native country!

The leadership and students of the faculty of foreign languages are grateful for the support and care of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine! We hope for further cooperation!
