Meeting of the Youth Club

The regular meeting of the Youth Club of Oriental Cultures was held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

The meeting is devoted to trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and China. The Chinese language teacher A.A. Podmarov noted that the relations between Ukraine and China have their own history and achievements. Since its inception in December 1991, these relations have gained an equal and mutually beneficial character. The “weight categories” of both states in the international arena are different, but the proximity of strategic interests opens up a wide field for cooperation. Students prepared and made presentations on the themes: “Economic cooperation between Ukraine and China” and “Trade cooperation between Ukraine and China”.

A guest from China, a businessman, Dai Zun, was invited to the meeting. He told students about the future prospects of cooperation between the two countries and stressed that the use of the existing potential of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation in various fields can significantly advance Ukraine on the path of modernization and economic growth.
