Sports training camps

In the city of Kreminna, sports training camps of the Ukrainian national track and field athletics team in sprint are held in the fitness center “Olimp”.
The sports training camps are held under the direction of the head coach, Master of Sports of Ukraine, World Class, Iryna Olkhovnikova.
At this time, the Athletics Federation of the Luhansk region and the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, it was planned to hold a scientific and methodological seminar for coaches and athletes, as well as teachers and students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports on the topic “Training Athletes in Modern Conditions”.
An outstanding event of the seminar was the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the victory at the Olympic Games in Seoul by the graduates of our Institute Olga and Viktor Bryzgin. They were awarded with nominal honored certificates and flowers. The final races of the 4 × 100 m by Viktor Bryzgin and the race 4 × 400 m by Olga Bryzgina and brilliant victories of the teams for the Olympic gold were demonstrated on the screen. The seminar participants applauded the Olympic champions standing.
During the seminar, the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, Merited Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, Merited Coach of Ukraine Yurii Polyuliaschenko spoke on the topic “Training Athletes through a System of Scientific Analysis”. The following reports of the Merited Coach of Ukraine Kostiantyn Stepantsov, “Training Runners in the Types of Endurance”; Kostiantyn Rurak – Merited Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, Merited Coach of Ukraine on the topic “Building a Relationship between a Trainer and an Athlete”; Volodymyr Lipovy – a massage therapist of the Ukrainian national athletics team, “Massage for Injuries in Sports”.
At the end, the participants thanked for the fruitful cooperation with the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, and expressed hope for the continuation of such seminars in the future.
