College of LTSNU is the owner of Super Cup

Mini-football is a favorite sport for pupils and students. Every year competitions for them are held in the city of Starobilsk.

The active participants of all competitions are the youth team of the College of LTSNU. In spring of this year, the students have already won the Cup and the Championship among the teams of young men up to 19 years old. Now the mini-football season ended with the Super Cup at the football pitch of the Medical School. The team of the College of LTSNU was opposed by the team of the Medical School, which in spring took the second places.

The game began with actions of students. At the beginning of the match the captain of the team Yegor Kornienko scored a goal. The home team quickly came to their senses and two minutes later, they compared the score. But today was not their day. At first, Dmytro Grigorenko replayed the goalkeeper of the Medical School team, and later Yegor Kornienko sent the ball into the gates of the opponents. Before the end of the first half, college students scored one more goal. The teams went on a break with the score of 4:1 in favor of the College of LTSNU.

Having a solid advantage in the second half, the college students began to play confidently, owned the initiative and continued to score goals against their opponents.

In our team, besides the attackers, the defenders including Taras Rybalko, Dmytro Zinchenko and goalkeeper Oleksii Grischuk played well. They only twice missed counterattacks from the home team.

The final whistle of referee Andriy Kryzhsky, one of the organizers of these mini-football battles, recorded a convincing victory for the College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University with a score of 9:3. The team was awarded the Super Cup, and the players and team leaders were awarded medals.
