Methodological seminar

On October 9, a methodological seminar was held at the University, in which scientists from various departments including doctors and candidates of science, doctoral students, postgraduate students and students took part.

The meeting was opened by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Leonid Vakhovskyi. He drew attention to the relevance of such events for the exchange of scientific ideas and practices between scientists from different scientific fields.

Congratulations on the revival of the tradition of conducting methodological seminars were made by the Rector of the University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Serhii Savchenko.

The speaker of the first in this academic year methodological seminar was Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor I.F. Kononov, who proposed a topic for discussion – “The Fourth Scientific Revolution: A Philosophical Analysis”. During his speech, he covered the following questions: the concept and periodization of scientific revolutions, the essential analysis of individual periods, features of the fourth scientific revolution.

It was decided to hold meetings of the methodological seminar every two months. Scientists who want to act as speakers can submit their proposals to Leonid Vakhovskyi.
