Minifootball Cup

The traditional Minifootball Cup of the ER IPES dedicated to the Day of Education Workers took place in the city of Kreminna.

Our students showed their mastery of playing minifootball. The winner was determined by five men’s teams. Two women’s teams “Viktoria” (first year) and “Olimpiets” (second-fourth years) played a friendly, indicative match in which the Viktoria team was stronger and won with a score of 3:1.

Among the men’s teams, the third place was taken by the team of third year. Later, the team of first year and the team of fourth year competed for the victory.

The winner was determined only in the last minutes of the match. The game was very interesting and dramatic, because the 1st year team won at the beginning of the meeting 2-0. Then it managed to miss 4 goals, scoring another 1, but this was not enough to win. The final score in the final match: 4:3 in favor of the 4th year team.

The tournament was held with the support of the chairman of the Luhansk Regional Football Federation Ihor Viktorovych Shopin, who donated footballs to the teams-participants of tournaments and the Football Association of Students of the Luhansk region.
