Meeting with Evgeniya Senik

Staff and students attended the meeting with Evgenia Senik.

September 27 in the assembly hall of the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University students met with a young writer, a graduate of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications of our University Evgenia Senik.

During the meeting, Evgenia told about her life and creative path. After all, she is one of those who is not limited to writing activity. She likes to read, travel, learn new languages ​​and engage in teaching activities.

Evgenia also presented her works: the novel “Country B, or fairy tales to other people’s children” and a collection of and short stories “The Desk”. The writer says that the novel gives an opportunity to feel “in the skin” of an emigrant and try to model a story in a situation, “if” such a story happened to you. The collection of stories is the result of long journeys and tireless search. Many social issues are opened here easily and unobtrusively.

After the presentation, students and teachers had the opportunity to ask Evgenia various questions.

Therefore, today in the hall there was a special warm and friendly atmosphere like at home.
