The Independence Day of Turkmenistan at the Faculty of Foreign Languages

On the 27th of September in 2018 a grand celebration took place on the occasion of the Independence Day of Turkmenistan at the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
This event is the most important holiday for the residents of Turkmenistan, and as a large number of foreign students from this country are studying at our faculty, this event is celebrated especially on a large scale.
Students and teachers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of Turkmenistan. Foreign students of the Faculty participated in the concert. They prepared lots of bright and interesting performances, such as national songs and dances, and showed us their bright national clothes. Students also treated all the guests with their national dishes, which they prepared by themselves before the holiday.
Our students from Ukraine and Turkmenistan have been in friendly relations for the past year, so Ukrainian students also joined the celebration and took part in a festive concert, having prepared many impressive numbers. We congratulate students from Turkmenistan on such a great holiday!
