Interesting trip

The teachers and staff of LTSNU visited the Derkul State Stud Farm with the support of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the University.  

Derkul Stud Farm is one of the most amazing places in the Luhansk region. Here in 1767 the glorious history of horse breeding in Ukraine began. On the territory of the institution, there are unique monuments that have no analogues in the world: the central coaching stable, the training “Japanese” arena, the administrative building and the park zone with a lake.

The teachers and staff of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University decided to visit the famous places. Recently they went to the village of Danylivka, to see the achievements of the famous institution personally.

The guests took part in the interesting excursion organized by the administration of the stud farm. The scientists visited the central coaching stables, got acquainted with the history of horse breeding in Luhansk and their achievements.

But the most exciting and impressive was riding. Everybody had the opportunity to feel like real riders, because with the help of an instructor they mastered the skill of riding thoroughbred horses.

Finally, visitors thanked the administration of the stud farm for this interesting excursion and informative trip, which will be remembered for a long time by all participants of the action.
