Autumn Ukraine

Today, the University hosted a contest of autumn compositions “Autumn Ukraine”, which was organized by the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.

Holding such a competition has already become a good tradition for the IPP. This year, other university structural subdivisions joined the autumn bright event: the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism, Starobilsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College and the College of LTSNU.

The competition was attended by the Rector of the University Serhii Savchenko, vice-rectors for scientific and pedagogical work Oleksandr Babichev and Oleksandr Meniailenko.

The jury consisted of the Deputy Director of the ER IPP O. N. Tsalapova, Deputy Director of the ER ICSTT M.M. Chumak, chairman of the student government of the ER IPP I. Maslovska.

The Director of the ER IPP Olena Karaman opened the contest. She noted that every season has its own magic, its own traditions and rituals, its protections from misfortune, ills, and illnesses. If winter uses the power of frost and snow, spring – the power of awakening of nature, summer – the strength of grasses, trees, flowers, then autumn uses the strength of harvest and autumn plants.

Autumn leaves, ears, flowers, berries are not only wonderful, but also full of magic, because all summer they absorbed the power of the sun, accumulated energy.

Therefore, a wreath, a bouquet or a composition from autumn plants is a symbol of wealth, strength, protection from all ills. So all the autumn compositions made by the hands of students and presented at the exhibition, should protect us from war, disease, misfortune; bring peace, health, harmony, prosperity to each of us, the University and Ukraine.

Students of all specialties took part in the competition. Each of the groups approached creatively to create autumn compositions including autumn bouquets, wreaths, paintings from natural materials: leaves, berries, ears, fruits, vegetables.

“Magic Autumn”, “Tarasova Hata”, “Autumn Girl”, “Gifts of Autumn”, “Autumn Flashlight” – these are the names of only a few compositions. Each creative work was presented in different ways: with a song, a poem, a legend, a spiritual speech.

Among the variety of creative works, it was difficult to choose winners. Prize places in the competition “Autumn UKRAINE” were distributed as follows:

• 1st place – student team of ER IPP,
• 2nd place – student team of the College of LTSNU,
• 3rd place – student groups of the ER ICSTT and the Starobilsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College.

The organizers and participants of the “Autumn Ukraine” competition wish the entire university team health, creative inspiration, peace and God’s grace.
