The first of September at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Institute of Culture and Arts.

The Faculty of Foreign Languages and the Institute of Culture and the Arts solemnly and brightly celebrated the Day of Knowledge. Traditionally, the curatorial hours of freshmen took place this day, where they got acquainted with curators and group mates, with the peculiarities of the educational process at our university.

The main moment of the festive day was a solemn meeting and a concert that took place in the assembly hall of the Poltava University of Economics and Trade. The Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Shekhavtsova Svitlana Olexandrivna, and the Director of the Institute of Culture and Arts, Nazarenko Nelya Vyacheslavivna, congratulated the students and teachers on the Day of Knowledge and the beginning of the new school year and wished the students perseverance, bright discoveries on the path of cognition, educators – successful professional activities and creative and scientific achievements.

The bright emotions were caused by the concert numbers such as songs, dances, instrumental music, video presentations, which were prepared by the students of the Institute of Culture and Arts and the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The feature of the festive event this year was the presentation of freshmen badges with the emblem of the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, which caused the freshmen to feel the involvement of a friendly family of our university. The concert has traditionally ended with the anthem of the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
