Dear teachers, staff and students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University!

I congratulate you on the state holiday – the Day of the Constitution of Ukraine!

During twenty-two years Ukraine lives by the Constitution, which has approved the path of independent development of our state. And now, already being in the evacuation, we continue to fight for our independence.

In modern realities, when our state passes tests for unity and territorial integrity, the Constitution attaches great importance and influence to social development. The rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Basic Law include the Ukrainian people among the democratic, developed states, whose powers carry out their activities in the interests of every citizen.

From the bottom of my heart I wish you good health and creative inspiration, prosperity and comfort in your families, wisdom and vision, high achievements, success in work and new achievements for the sake of realizing all your plans and returning to your native land as soon as possible.
