“Children of Victory”

Students of the IPP watched Svitlana Usenko’s documentary “Children of Victory”.

On May 9, Ukraine marks Victory Day over Nazism in World War II of 1939-1945. On May 7, 2018, students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University watched the documentary film “Children of Victory” dedicated to the most dramatic pages of Ukrainian history.

The author of the film Svitlana Usenko collected the stories of six heroes from different parts of Ukraine who, as children, witnessed the war. The fate of these heroes did not leave any spectator indifferent. After the film was discussed, the students of the ER IPP honored the memory of the dead with a minute of silence.
