Pedagogical readings
28.4.2018
Pedagogical readings devoted to the anniversary date of Anton Makarenko were held at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education in the framework of the Days of Science.
Traditional Student Days of Science took place at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education on April 27. This year, students and teachers prepared with special trepidation for the annual scientific event, as it was dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding teacher-innovator, writer, and author of the unique technology of education Anton Makarenko.
Of course, the name of the event “A.S. Makarenko’s Pedagogical Ideas in the Context of Modern Education” was not accidental.
Teachers and students were greeted by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work L.Ts. Vakhovsky, Director of the IPP O.L. Karaman, and head of the Preschool and Primary Education Department N. I. Chervyakov.
The organizer of pedagogical readings M.A. Epikhina in her report noted the role that A. S. Makarenko played in the historical and pedagogical heritage, revealed interesting facts about the formation of a unique system of working with children.
Participants of the event prepared interesting reports, which were accompanied by media presentations, video fragments, and intelligence cards. Significant was the fact that each report illustrated various aspects of the pedagogical heritage of Anton Makarenko: the idea of collective education through the prism of modernity, the problem of family education, the formation of a professional teacher, etc.
The students took part in an interactive discussion of problem issues with pleasure, expressed interesting opinions on the implementation of the ideas of the educator-innovator in modern realities.
