17th anniversary of the IEB

The Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business celebrated its 17th anniversary.

Students of the IEB prepared for the Institute’s birthday the photo exhibition “Moments of Student Life”, an information stand “Business in Our Life”, statements about the economy and business of prominent figures from different countries, offered to pass a test on the ability to conduct business to all interested participants in the educational process of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Valerii Petrovych Khmel, Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business, addressed the general meeting of students and teachers with greetings: “Dear friends! I wholeheartedly wish the pedagogical staff of our institute creative inspiration, scientific achievements. We want to wish our remarkable, talented and active students creative successes, new victories, to be real professionals in their field and to make a significant contribution to the development of our state.” Andrii Mykolaiovych Kolosov, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Management Department, Olga Ivanivna Savchenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economic Theory, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Iryna Gnatenko, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Banking business” expressed their wishes to students.

On the occasion of the Institute’s birthday, the results of trainings, competitions “Successful Person”, student online Olympiad in “Finance” and “Banking Business”, student scientific conferences were summed up. The best students were awarded with diplomas for active participation in the social, scientific, sports life of the Institute and the creation of a positive image of IEB.

Also, students received as a gift badges with a new emblem of the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business. A vote was taken for the best teachers and students of the IEB, the Bank for Intellectual Property and Talents of ER IEB was created, in which each student made a “contribution” with his abilities and skills.

We are proud of students who chose the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and glorify the name of the native Alma Mater.
