Contest of children’s creativity

Teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism joined the jury of the regional contest-workshop of children’s creativity “Handmade”.
The Starobilsk House of Creativity of Children and Youth united the active youth of our city. Starobilsk educational institutions took part in the regional competition for children’s creativity “Handmade” Cup, which was conducted with the aim of finding and supporting children’s giftedness, popularizing the creative achievements of students, raising the professional level and creative skill of teachers.
The competition was attended by pupils of 7-8 forms of general educational institutions of the Starobilsk district. Participants demonstrated their skills in the possession of various techniques: origami, scrapbooking and sewing. Young people in advance prepared creative projects, which they presented at the event. They could demonstrate their knowledge during the quiz “Erudite Handmade”, where the team received 1 point for each correct answer.
The competent jury assessed the pupils’ skills. The jury included the Deputy Director for Social and Humanitarian Work of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism М.М. Chumak and employee of the Design Department Anna Koval.
At the end of the event, the winners received the long-awaited prize – “Handmade” Cup.
All participants of the contest will be able to continue their creative path and get a high-quality education in our University at the Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism. The subdivision has all the conditions for professional development of gifted young people, their creative growth and support of talent to create beauty.
