“MoPED”

The delegation of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University took part in the training meeting “MoPED”, which took place in Bilbao, Spain.

On March 19-23, the training meeting of the Erasmus + KA2 project participants was held at the University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain) No. 586098-EPP-1-2017-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP “Modernization of Pedagogical Higher Education by Innovative Teaching Instruments MoPED)”.

The University of Deusto is one of the European project participants; its task is to disseminate the experience of planning effective training programs and applying modern innovative teaching technologies, providing methodological support in the process of developing an Innovation Class Concept and implementation, advising Ukrainian higher education institutions, monitoring the quality of education.

Delegates from Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University were the director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies Hennadii Mohylnyi, the head of the Department of Information Technologies and Systems Mykola Semenov, the head of the Department of Educational Laboratories and Computer Classes Yevgen Kondratenko, the chief accountant Tetiana Berezhna.

During the meeting the directions of the Erasmus + KA2 “MoPED” project in Ukraine were detailed, emphasis was placed on the need to update the curricula and create innovative rooms in which new technologies and teaching aids will be tested. Every day was full of interesting and useful information, the atmosphere of cooperation and positive emotions. The result of the fruitful work of all participants was the delivery of certificates. The innovative environment created within the framework of the project will catalyze changes in education at the local, regional and national levels.
