Shevchenko Week in the Institute of Culture and Arts

The Institute of Culture and Arts held the Shevchenko Week.

During this Week the curator hours were devoted to the anniversary of the birth of the Great Kobzar. The students recited poems of the poet, sang songs for his words, learned about the little-known facts of the biography of Taras Shevchenko.

Particularly interesting was the curatorial hour for the specialty “Fine Arts” on the topic “Shevchenko Mobilizes”, during which students examined and discussed the interpretation of the image of Shevchenko in contemporary works of painting and graphics that began to appear during the events on the Maidan.
