Results of the wall newspaper contest

The results of the wall newspaper contest devoted to the creativity of Taras Shevchenko, which was held on the occasion of the 204th anniversary of the artist’s birth, were summed up.

The contest was attended by students of the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business, the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism, Rubizhne O.Ye. Porai-Koshytsia Polytechnic College, Starobilsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College, College of LTSNU.

Contest participants used both modern computer technologies and traditional technique of wall newspaper production (drawing, collage).

Evaluating the work, the members of the jury took into account the following criteria: the correspondence of work to a certain topic, the informative nature of the wall newspaper, the relevance of the information, the availability and logic of the presentation, the appropriateness of using information sources. The technical aspects did not remain without attention, namely: the quality of technical design, the absence of speech and technical flaws. Members of the jury took into account the aesthetics of design and compliance in the wall newspaper of a single style.

The winners were:

I place – Artem Zhukov, student of Rubizhne O.E. Porai-Koshytsia Polytechnic College;

II place – Hanna Koval, student of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technology and Tourism;

III place – first-year students majoring in “Finance, Banking and Insurance” of the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business.
