Participation in training

Students and teachers of the Department of Physical Rehabilitation and Human Health took part in the training on project management.

On February 26-28, students and teachers of the Physical Rehabilitation and Human Health Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports together with the employees of the Kreminna District Social Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities took part in the training “Development of Projects and Programs. Development and Implementation of a Procedure for Project Development and Management “, which was organized by Charity Foundation “Caritas Severodonetsk “within the project Network of CPSD Centers Eastern Ukraine. The author of many training courses on strategic planning, project management, social marketing and local fundraising, expert on corporate social responsibility, charity and development of civic engagement Ruslan Kraplych spoke as a trainer-consultant.

The training took place in a friendly, businesslike atmosphere. On the first day of work, the features of the formulation of the problem, the purpose and objectives of the project were considered in accordance with the SMART criteria.

The second day was devoted to the presentation and discussion of the results of homework on the description of the problem, the purpose and objectives of their own projects, as well as drawing up a plan, determining the methods and results of the project.

The third day of training was saturated. Participants considered the tools for monitoring and evaluating the results of the project, the specifics of budgeting and working with donors. The training was completed by issuing certificates.
