Celebratory concert

A festive concert dedicated to the 97th anniversary of the University Foundation Day was held at the University.

Today, the festive mood filled the hearts of all students and teachers of LTSNU. The student brotherhood, teachers and staff of one of the oldest higher educational institutions of the eastern region solemnly celebrated the 97th birthday of the native Alma Mater.

The event began with the song “Family”, which Vladislav Teterev performed. “We are many, and we are so different. But the most important thing that unites us is love for our Motherland – Ukraine, our native land, for the university family,” – the concert leaders noted.

The present decoration of the holiday was the performances by Nadiya Protasova, Mykhailo Tretyak, Darya Shtompel, Oleksandr Mykhailov, Oksana Verkhovod, Valeriya Kalenichenko and Mar’yana Bondar. The beauty and melody of the song compositions combined with incredible performance and the singing talent of the artists.

The choreographic collectives of the university joined the congratulations; their fiery dance compositions amazed even the most avid spectators.

On this festive day, university teachers and students remembered about the great Kobzar, whose name is worn by our native Alma Mater. “The image of Taras Shevchenko is always with us. His unresponsive love ignited our hearts, opened them to love,” – the concert leaders emphasized.

At the end of the concert, the participants sang the song “Oberig”, which became a symbol of the unity and invincible spirit.

The holiday was over, but pleasant memories will remain in the memory of the audience for a long time.
