Heavenly Hundred: the feat has no statute of limitations

The memory of Heavenly Hundred Heroes was honored at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
The heroic feat of Heavenly Hundred has no statute of limitations. The events of the Revolution of Dignity became especially painful for teachers, employees and students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. We remember those who in 2013 opposed unarmed the arbitrariness of the authorities.
Today, the memory of the Heroes was honored in all the structural subdivisions of the University. During the day in the hall of the educational building, everyone had the opportunity to watch thematic films. Also, the book exhibition “Winter that Changed Us” was held, organized by the Scientific Library of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and Luhansk Regional Universal Scientific Library named after M. Gorky.
In the morning, in the colleges of the University and in the Regional Center for Vocational Education, educational events were held dedicated to the memory of Heavenly Hundred Heroes.
The Head of the Ukrainian History Department Oleksandr Naboka conducted thematic lectures in the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism; the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences.
The Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology organized a photo exhibition “They Keep the Heavens” dedicated to the memory of the heroes.
The Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications spent an hour of memory. The Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business hosted an online quiz for the best work-meditation “The Dignity of the Nation Is Its Freedom!” and visited the “Memory of the Heavenly Hundred” excursion in the Luhansk Regional Museum of Local History (the city of Starobilsk).
The Faculty of Foreign Languages held curatorial hours. The Faculty of Natural Sciences conducted an educational event with watching a video. A meeting-requiem dedicated to the memory of Heavenly Hundred Heroes took place in the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies.
The peculiarity of the big and united family of “Shevchenko’s University” is that our hearts beat in unison with all Ukraine in the same rhythm of nationality, statehood and freedom.
