Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University hosted a celebratory concert for the Day of Lovers.

It is impossible to live without love. Why do we need such a life, if there are no desires, expectations, pleasure from communication, thirst for happiness and boundless faith in the opportunity to embrace the whole world.

Since the morning on the territory of the University, it was possible to meet young men and women with arms of colorful flowers, sweets, stuffed animals, balloons. The warm embrace and sweet taste of the “Holiday of Love” in the air inspires to live, love, create …

The holiday was the reason for the festive concert, which was prepared in advance by talented employees, representatives of student self-management and structural subdivisions of the University under the guidance of the Center for Culture and Leisure of LTSNU. In the jocular scenes, eternal questions of the relationship between men and women were touched upon. The actors’ performance was amazing with its realism.

Students read poems about the love not only of recognized artists of the word, but of their own authorship.

The penetrated lines of songs proved that the power of the word is unlimited, how our whole life is unlimited. And love is the best word that motivates us to act, which gives us faith in a happy future.

During the event, the winners of the photo contest “Shevchenko’s Couple” were awarded. The victory was won by a photo of Darya Cherevata and Igor Solovar’. It was their photos that seemed to the authoritative jury the most meaningful, high-quality and creative. The time of the meeting flashed like a moment and left in the hearts of those present a sense of satisfaction from spiritual fellowship.

If you have never been embraced by the desire to embrace the whole earth, to pick up a torn sheet from the ground and kiss it, you did not love.
