“Give Love”

The action “Give Love” continues at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. 

According to the established tradition for Valentine’s Day lovers give red roses, candy hearts, kissing birds, little winged angel Cupid and, of course, valentines. The very first greeting card-valentine in the world is a note sent by Charles Duke of Orleans to his wife from the Tower of London, where he was imprisoned in 1415.

In our time on Valentine’s Day, it is customary to give each other valentines in the form of hearts, with confessions of love, offers of the hand and heart or just jokes.

In honor of the holiday, the student social service together with the student council and the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism, conduct an action among the students “Give Love”, where everyone can confess their feelings.

In order to take part in the action it is necessary to put a valentine in the “mail box”, which is located in the hall of the main building of the University. It is necessary to specify information about yourself and the recipient, necessarily indicating the name, specialty, course and structural subdivision.

Tomorrow activists will hand out greeting cards to recipients and give lovers wonderful moments.
