Meeting of student leaders in the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology

February 6, 2018 a meeting of the leaders of academic groups was held.

Traditionally, the meetings of student leaders are held every Tuesday. The meeting was attended by Deputy Director for Social and Humanitarian Work Vira Pushko, Chairperson of the Directorate Iryna Maslovska, Chairperson of the Student Council of the hostel Evgen Bosenko, headmen of the hostel rooms, headmen of academic groups.

The students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology fully realize their right to solve questions of education and life, to participate in the management of the institute. The student leaders, in turn, form a student directorate and work under the guidance of the student directorate as the representative of the institute in the framework of the presidium of the student parliament of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”.

The Student Directorate consists of eight committees: educational and charitable, social and domestic, information, cultural and creative, sports and health, scientific, work with displaced persons, etc.

During the meeting, the student leaders of I-III-year academic groups discussed the planning of activities for the II semester regarding the work of each of the committees; examined the results of the examination session and suggestions of students on the improvement of the teaching and educational process; peculiarities of vocational guidance work by students of the Institute graduates of Donetsk and Luhansk regions; annual competition for the best room of the student hostel of LTSNU on housing and living conditions, exemplary order and provision of conditions for study and recreation, the “Party dinner” (with pampushkas, Ukrainian borsch, pancakes, etc.), conducted appropriate explanatory work with students on compliance with the requirements of instructions on fire and technological safety.

The student self-government of the IPP is a school of leadership, the formation of social activity and civic consciousness. We wish students creative inspiration, perseverance and success in all good endeavors, implementing all plans.
