Participation in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Online Seminar

The teachers of the Preschool and Primary Education Department took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Online Seminar “Integration of Subjects in the Educational Process of the Primary School”.

The Department of Preschool and Primary Education of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University always keeps pace with the times and is one of the first to introduce innovations in the field of education. That is why the comprehension and implementation of the ideas of the New Ukrainian School is one of its priority tasks. To this end, the teachers of the Preschool and Primary Education Department took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Online Seminar “Integration of Subjects in the Educational Process of the Primary School”, which was held on December 15 at Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education.

Within the framework of the seminar, scientists, methodologists of primary education, heads of methodical associations, primary school teachers discussed ways to implement the Concept of the new Ukrainian school, exchanged experience on the introduction of the integration approach into the educational process of primary classes, which took part in the All-Ukrainian Pilot Experiment (Luhansk region).

Participants of the seminar were introduced not only to new approaches to education in the primary school, but also had the opportunity to discuss the features of planning and conducting integrated lessons in the first class, the introduction of training projects as a form of inter-subject integration.
