Military-patriotic education

An important aspect of the educational work of the LTSNU College is the military-patriotic education of youth.

A number of events were held at the College on the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Among the first-year students in the College, the thematic intellectual game “Brey-ring” “Our army is Our glory” was held. The main tasks of this event is the formation of patriotic consciousness, responsibility and courage, readiness to defend the Motherland. Participants competed in the knowledge of the history of the Ukrainian army. The winner of the game was the team “Fakel” (students majoring in “Information, Library and Archives”). The participants of the Brey-ring were awarded with diplomas and memorable souvenirs.

The student self-management of the College for this outstanding holiday issued wall newspapers on the theme: “Courage and Bravery!”, in which students reflected their vision of the Ukrainian warrior-defender.

In order to pay tribute to the soldiers who at the cost of their lives defended the peace of the Motherland, the college students visited the monument to the people who died for the independence of Ukraine in the city of Starobilsk, laid flowers and honored them with a minute of silence.
