The advertising and career guidance work continues in the Poltava region.  

Continuing the advertising and career guidance work in the Poltava region, the teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​visited general educational institutions in the settlements of Shyshaki, Velyka Bagachka, and Yareski. The Dean of the Faculty Ivan Karpenko, the Head of the Department S.A. Shekhavtsova, the senior lecturer S. Shpetna met not only with senior pupils, but also with English language teachers with the aim of establishing further cooperation.

They were interested in meeting with the guests in the Poltava Regional Gymnasium for gifted children. About 1000 schoolchildren from different parts of the Poltava region study in the gymnasium, and many of them heard about our University, its educational potential, its glorious history and life for the first time. Prior to this year, philologically gifted children chose the universities of Kyiv and Kharkiv for training. Now they have a good alternative – Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The pupils were invited to participate in the contest for the best performance of songs and poems in foreign languages, which will be held in the city of Poltava on February 10, 2018. Earlier such invitations were sent to the schools of Luhansk region.
