Exhibition of Japanese Photography

Students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports visited the exhibition, dedicated to the Year of Japan in Ukraine. 

From November 28 to December 1, 2017, as part of the Year of Japan in Ukraine, a mobile exhibition of Japanese photography was held in the Kreminna Regional Library for Children. The exhibition was attended by students of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports majoring in “Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy” and “Secondary Education. Human Health”. The event was organized with the support of the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine, the United Nations Development Program and the Department for External Relations, Foreign Economic and Investment Activities of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

The photos presented at the exhibition reflected one of the distinctive features of Japan – a combination of elements of traditional and modern culture. It should be noted that thanks to the Government of Japan, several important facilities were restored in the Kreminna district, in particular the bridge over the river Krasnaya and the premises of the Kreminna district center for the social rehabilitation of disabled children, that was also reflected in the photographs.

Students of the Department of Physical Rehabilitation and Human Health express sincere gratitude to the organizers of the exhibition for the opportunity to touch the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun.
