The University hosted the Applicant Day.

Traditionally, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University holds meetings with applicants, which offer ample opportunities to familiarize graduates with the conditions and features of education, educational sphere and additional benefits.

Future school leavers from many districts of Luhansk region came to our University today to talk with teachers and find answers to current questions.

The Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University Serhii Savchenko addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. The Professor congratulated all those present, spoke about the achievements of the University, and emphasized that, despite the difficult conditions for evacuation, our University retained the teaching staff that provides quality education.

The Responsible Secretary of the Admission Committee Ya.I. Yurkiv told the applicants about the features of the admission campaign – 2018 and the rules of admission to our University. She expressed her hope that next year the present schoolchildren will become students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The applicants met with the deans and directors of structural subdivisions, learned about the specialties and educational opportunities of the University. Those present could ask various questions as well as emphasize the problems and perspectives of training.

Meetings with future entrants allow more in-depth study of the educational needs of applicants. This is a prerequisite for a successful admission campaign and confirmation that Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University was, is and remains the standard of quality of Ukrainian education.
