Memory of the heroes

Students of the University took part in cleaning the burial place of the deceased defenders of Ukraine.

The military events that stirred up the country became a turning point in Ukrainian state construction. Our people faced a difficult test and forced to prove their right to a decent and independent life. Pain from the loss of worthy sons of Ukraine will remain in the hearts of grateful compatriots for a long time.

Defenders of our state, who gave their lives for the future of the country, were buried at the city cemetery in the city of Starobilsk. On the eve of the Day of Dignity and Freedom, students of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism and the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences responded to the initiative of local activists and joined the harvesting of the burial place of the dead soldiers.

According to M.M. Chumak, similar actions have already become traditional. Students and teachers are always actively involved in activities dedicated to the memory of the dead heroes.

The action was joined by local activists, servicemen and veterans of the ATO. Through the efforts of the participants, most of the territory was cleared of debris and branches.

The action united active citizens around a common goal and provided an opportunity to realize once again the value of human life.
