Public lecture

The head of the Department of Ukrainian History Oleksandr Naboka delivered a public lecture on the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.

An important area of ​​activity of the Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences is cooperation with the leading cultural institutions of the Luhansk region. So, within the framework of creative, scientific and educational interaction with the Luhansk Regional Museum of Local History on November 8, Doctor of Historical Sciences, head of the Department of Ukrainian History Oleksandr V. Naboka delivered a public lecture “95 theses of a new life” dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.

The event was attended by history teachers of the city of Starobilsk and the district, as well as employees of the regional department of public education of the region.

The author of the lecture focused on the coverage of the history of Reformation, focusing on the biography of the founder of this religious concept Martin Luther, and on the significance of Protestantism in the development of Western European civilization.
