Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University got access to the Scopus database.
According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1286 dated September 19, 2017, our University has got the access to the Scopus database.
Recall that Scopus is the world’s largest single multidisciplinary abstract database that indexes more than 21,000 titles of scientific and technical, medical journals from approximately 5,000 international publishing houses, including about 13 million US, European and Japanese patents, as well as materials of the scientific conferences. It is updated daily and includes records up to the first volume, the first issue of the journals of leading scientific publishers. The database provides support in the search for scientific publications and offers links to all the abstracts published from the vast amount of available articles. The developer and owner of Scopus is the publishing corporation Elsevier.
Now you can access the Scopus database from any computer connected to the local network of our University. To do this, just go to https://www.scopus.com. You do not need to enter a password.
In the search window, you can search for publications of a scientist or a scientific organization, determine the citation index of a scientist or an organization, and determine the Hirsch index of a scientist or an organization.
We invite scientists, teachers and university staff to work with the content of the Scopus abstract database.
