World Mental Health Day

The Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology marked World Mental Health Day with a lecture. 

“How is your mental health?” – On October 10, the psychologists of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology carefully studied with friends and colleagues.

PhD student of the Department of Social Pedagogy, psychologist of the Center for Psychosocial Adaptation (the city of Starobilsk) Anton Nazmiev delivered a therapeutic lecture “The First Psychological Assistance in Emergency Situations” in the University scientific library.

The listeners learned how to help a person who is in a stressful situation, how to inspire him to trust, to provide reliable assistance, etc.

We are confident that the acquired knowledge and skills are useful for every person to maintain mental balance in everyday life and stress resistance in difficult life situations.
