Training with military personnel

On October 6, a training on developing skills of self-regulation of the psychoemotional state was held with military personnel at the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.
The training was conducted by the teacher of the Psychology Department T. Fedotova and the post-graduate student of the Department of Social Pedagogy A. Nazmiev.
The purpose of the training was to develop the skills of self-regulation of psychoemotional states among servicemen.
During the training, the necessary skills were discussed and developed to help themselves and their fellow in a stressful state, namely:
- diagnostic techniques (psychosemantic differential, etc.);
- psycho-hygienic and art-therapeutic techniques (the “Key” method for revealing the resource state, neurography);
- methods of providing primary psychological assistance in extreme situations;
- psychological mechanisms of stress;
- the effect of stress on the body;
- strategies for human behavior in a stressful situation;
- planning future prospects and the like.
It was a new form of work, which turned out to be productive. Therefore, they wished for new meetings.
