50th anniversary of the Kadiivka College

The separate subdivision “Kadiivka Pedagogical College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Today’s college age is 50 years since its foundation, multiplied by the fate of everyone to whom the Pedagogical College became Alma Mater! It is a venerable age for the educational institution, because there is something to remember, what to think about, and the most importantly – there is something to be proud of. Here the wise teachers-instructors give solid theoretical knowledge, practical skills. Thousands of graduate students confidently discover new horizons for their professional activities. The jubilee is a crossroads of the past, present and future.

The solemn event on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the College brought together teachers, students, employees, veterans of labor, graduates and honored guests who attended the college with congratulations.

The solemn meeting was opened by Tetyana I. Vasylchenko, Director of the Kadiivka Pedagogical College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Oleksandr S. Meniailenko, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine congratulated the collective of the college on the anniversary date.

Among the guests of the College were Andrii M. Kozorezov, the chief specialist of the Department of Education and Science of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, who congratulated the staff and expressed sincere wishes on behalf of Yuri V. Stetsyuk, the Director of the Department and the Education Department.

Evgen V. Zhuchenko, Chairman of the Council of Directors of the educational institutions of I-II levels of accreditation of the Luhansk region, the Director of the Severodonetsk Chemical and Mechanical College congratulated the College and awarded the head and the staff of the college with diplomas.

Galina N. Minenko, Director of the Lysychansk Pedagogical College, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine and Mykhailo S. Sapizhak, Director of Bryanka ​​Pedagogical College, Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine congratulated the administration and the collective of the College with good and sincere words, flowers and gifts. They expressed cordial gratitude for their tireless work, love for children and their native land!

The history of the college was created by wonderful teachers, students, and employees. We remember what was done by them, respect and express our gratitude for their pedagogical skills, diligence, love for the youth and  profession. Special respect for veterans of teaching work and employees who attended our holiday.

Alma Mater graduates of 1972, 1978 and 1980 year of Kadiivka Pedagogical School, including Valentina M. Moreva, head of the kindergarten “Krasnaya Shapochka”, Iryna  I. Yaryta, Ph.D., Associate Professor, teacher of psychological and pedagogical disciplines of the College and Tetyana I. Tikhova, teacher-methodologist of the highest qualification category. They remembered the history of the educational establishment and told about the achievements of our graduates.

On behalf of the students, Olesya Bondarenko, a student majoring in “Preschool Education” congratulated her native College.

Greetings were received on the occasion of the 50th anniversary on behalf of the collective of teachers, employees and students of the Kharkiv Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy of the Kharkiv Regional Council.

The solemn event was completed by the environmental action “Peace and Unity”. Students, teachers and employees of the Kadiivka and Lysychansk Pedagogical Colleges planted a birch grove of 50 birch trees as a symbol of unity, peace and prosperity on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the educational institution, as well as in memory of the years spent on the hospitable land of the city of Lysychansk.
