Second place in the ranking

The website of Lysychansk Pedagogical College of LTSNU took the second place according to the results of webometric ranking.

Thus, according to the results of the webometric ranking, the website of the Separated Subdivision “Lysychansk Pedagogical College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” took the 2nd place in the “Ranking of Ukrainian Educational Institutions of Vocational Education and Colleges” among 243 educational institutions that participated in the contest for the best website.

The contest for the best site among educational institutions of Ukraine is held for the seventh time on the initiative of the Ukrainian Internet Association and with the support of the State Scientific Institution “Institute for Modernization of the Content of Education”. Organizational issues are provided by the UIA Committee on Information and Communication Technologies in Education, which includes representatives of public and professional associations, government institutions, specialized scientific organizations, higher education institutions and the Institute for Modernization of Educational Content.

“Webometric ranking of the contest participants for the best website of the educational institution is compiled by the Sumy State University from 2013, commissioned by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Internet Association. The rankings are evaluated for the openness and usefulness of the sites of educational institutions with the help of independent web metrics. The full version of the ranking results can be found on the First Ukrainian Ranking Portal,” – Pavlo Denisenko, deputy director of the Web Management Center of Sumy State University said.

In our time, the site not only serves as a “business card”, but also as a representative of an educational institution on the Internet. Therefore, it is very important to introduce the institution in the Internet community, where you can get acquainted with the history of an educational institution, the availability of educational services, and obtain the necessary information on the functioning of the institution during the year.
