The 95th Day of Knowledge at the FNS

The Faculty of Natural Sciences celebrated the 95th Day of Knowledge.

This year the Faculty of Natural Sciences opened its doors to more than 100 full-time students, who attended the university holiday dedicated to the Day of Knowledge.

Traditionally, the general meeting of the first-year students was held on this day, where they met with the Dean of the Faculty, deputy deans, head of the departments and teachers. The first-year students were told the history of the University, their native Faculty and departments. All first-year students were given memorable badges with the emblem of the University and the Faculty.

After that, in cozy classrooms freshmen met with the heads of their departments, teachers and senior students, who in a friendly conversation told about the peculiarities of studying and student life.

At the end of the event, the Dean of the Faculty Natalia Matsai wished freshmen health, scientific and creative inspiration in the way of acquiring knowledge and practical skills.
