In February 2017, the implementation of the project “School for Young Leader” began, which united the youth of Starobilsk district and our University for positive changes in their own city. Among 100 participants who expressed a desire to pass the questionnaire and take part in the implementation of the action, the most active and initiative ones were selected, who could adequately go through all the stages of work in the project and have already achieved certain results. The young people took part in trainings, learned about the mechanisms of the activity of public associations, the peculiarities of team formation, got skills of organizing an active dialogue, and also developed their own projects for participation in the contest.
Later, the active youth created the initiative group “INVENTORS”, which organized the charitable wardrobe campaign – a new social project that has already become popular in our city.
The participants of the project decided to sum up their activities during the press conference held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. During the event, the youth told about their achievements and plans for the future.
During the presentation, the participants recalled the brightest moments of study, determined the main achievements of the work and the problems that arose. Summing up the activities of young leaders, they concluded that the development of society is possible due to the unity and initiative of each of us.
