Silver medal at the European Championships

A sportsman of LTSNU won a silver medal at the European Championships. 

A master student of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports Oleksandr Gorshkovozov won a silver medal at the European Diving Championships.

On June 12, the European Diving Championships started at the arena of the water sports palace “Liko” in Kyiv. This event brought together high-level athletes from all over the European part of the world. Competitions are held in 13 disciplines, including mixed synchronous jumps. On the first day of the competition, Oleksandr Gorshkovozov became a silver medalist in the team event.

The athlete continues intensive training, preparing for the World Universiade.

123 athletes from 23 teams compete at the European Championships.

The collective of teachers and students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University congratulates Oleksandr Gorshkovozov on the European silver and wishes a successful performance at the world competitions.
