“History Faculty of My Time”

The Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences held a solemn event “History Faculty of My Time”.

The Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences is a structural subdivision of the University, which has long-standing traditions. The powerful team of teachers and students makes efforts to develop their native Alma Mater, and graduates remember their years of study all their lives.

Traditions that unite generations became the main theme of the event “Histoty Faculty of My Time”, which was held by the Deputy Director for Social and Humanitarian Work of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences A.V. Bader. According to the scientist, the idea of ​​holding such events arose in 2014, when the University was forced to evacuate to the city of Starobilsk. The main goal of the first year students’ meeting is the preservation of the corporate spirit, formation of the youth team that honors and continues to achieve the achievements of past generations of students.

During the event A.V. Bader talked about what the institute was like in the days of his studies, demonstrated photographs that covered the daily life of students in the early 2000s. Students, who attended the event, learned about the scientific achievements of the teacher, his participation in archaeological research and practice in summer camps.

At the end of the event, those present together performed the legendary hymn of the Institute.
