The cooperation of the University with the Krakow Andrzej Frycz Modzewski  Academy continues.

In early 2017, our University signed a cooperation agreement with the Krakow Andrzej Frycz Modzewski Academy (Poland). Within the framework of this agreement, from May 4 to 11 the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences, Professor Leonid Ts. Vakhovsky was in the Polish educational institution.

The program of the stay was varied and rich and included a meeting with the Rector of the Academy, the administration of the Faculty of Psychology and Humanities, attending classes, as well as acquaintance with the city, a trip to Czestochowa and visiting the famous monastery on the clear mountain where the Czestochowa Mother of God (Black Madonna).

Leonid Ts. Vakhovsky gave a lecture for Polish students and teachers on “The education system in Ukraine: the modern structure and directions of reform”, which was received with interest by the listeners and aroused many questions.

Also, prospects for further cooperation related to the implementation of scientific projects, seminars, conferences and trainings for teachers, preparation of joint publications were discussed.
