Students undergo the latest laboratory and practical classes at the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics, Chemistry and Biochemistry.

Laboratory and practical classes in microbiology, hygiene and clinical laboratory diagnostics are the last ones before starting production practices.

In practical classes, students improve the methods of medical research that will be used in practice. Teachers of the Department pay much attention to the development of medical research methods by students, since microbiological, hygienic and clinical diagnostic techniques are distinguished by a special variety of research principles, a wide range of medical equipment that are used and have a complex statistical standardization. The production practice will take place in the leading public and private clinical laboratories in the region.
