Meeting of the Public Council

Students of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports took part in the meeting of the Public Council of the Kreminna District State Administration.

On May 17, a meeting of the Public Council of the Kreminna District State Administration was held, to which the students of the Department of Physical Rehabilitation and Human Health  of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports were invited.

At the meeting, issues of arrangement of places for mass stay (parks, beaches), as well as recreation for the residents of the district, including youth, were discussed with the participation of the Head of the District Administration Natalia Chekhuta and the Chairman of the District Council Volodymyr Prokopenko.

According to the opinion of students and members of the public, it would certainly be positive for Kreminna city to hold the Festival of Games and Toys on the Day of Ivan Kupala, to organize open-air films, arrange places for mass stay and conduct general events (Memory Alley of Heroes of Ukraine, Children’s Recreation Park behind the District House of Culture, etc.).

Natalya Chekhuta noted that all initiatives presented at the meeting of the Public Council should be implemented together: “We have the desire, we will look for opportunities,” – she stressed.

Proposals of students and members of the Public Council, considered during the meeting, will be submitted to the District State Administration and hopefully implemented.
