I sincerely congratulate the veterans of the Second World War, teachers, staff and students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University on the bright and joyful Victory Day over the fascist invaders.

Victory is an eternal holiday in our hearts. Today I congratulate you on the Victory Day and wish, of course, happiness and peace! Let in your life there will be love and good luck, as well as belief that good always wins!
